The takeover monitor data is provided by entrepreneurs who have bought or sold a company, including the advisors involved in the process. During each snapshot, the deals made during the last 6 months are included. The market that is being analysis consists mostly out of the small SMEs.

Analysis: the quantitative data consists of descriptive, explanatory, and statistical techniques. For the qualitative data, descriptive interpretations and assumptions are used.
